Twin Screw Extruder For Caco3 Filler Masterbatch
TSE series filler masterbatch special designed for various filler masterbatch (Mainly used in blow film, plastic pipe, other plastic products) such as Caco3 Filler (Calcium carbonate under 90%), Talc Filler, CaO filler and other type filler. For filler masterbatch, you need longer L/D and normal speed gearbox (not over 600RPM).
Use air cooling strands or air cooling hot-face cutting type which can prevent the moisture problem in the end pellet. You can get better solution for your filler masterbatch business.
